Summary: Hotel maintenance very good, staff nice and friendly. Maybe one of the staff at the breakfast buffet should be training better, at least be nice to the customers (the one who made an egg). Other than that we have a nice vacation in Semarang.

Summary: I left the hotel very early in the morning to catch a train. A day before; I asked for a take away breakfast if possible. On the check out day; they prepared a proper breakfast. I think it’s quite rare for a big hotel to genuinely prepare the request and it was really nice service indeed.
